This associate position requires the candidate to assist the Director of Strategy & Planning with the overall development of short and long-range strategic plans and objectives that identify issues and opportunities that could influence organisation’s development and programmes enhancement. Additionally, he/she is responsible to assist in ensuring common processes and standards are available for use across the organisation to support efficient monitoring and reporting for programme execution and continuity. The candidate will generate insights, synthesise analysis and findings, and develop recommendations in briefing papers, written reports and/or presentations for government, private sector, and communities. The role is vital in providing the necessary support by making available information to support better decisions in resource allocation, risk management that affect growth, cost and productivity.
